We are looking forward to working with all of our generous volunteers. Your help is essential to running our events. Please consider volunteering for more than one event this fall. Leading up to each event you will receive an email with the details and logistics. Utilize the drop down options to read more about each opportunity.
Please note, each volunteer must fill out an individual sign-up form.
We understand that your plans may change, please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend on a day for which you registered. There will be a new form for the second half of the year events available in December.

Open House is one of the most important events of the year! We will need at least 100 volunteers to help with set up, registration, welcoming parents and answering question's a bout your family's experience at Xavier.
We will have an opportunity for parents to donate a limited selection of food items which our parents have generously donated towards in the past! A google sheet link will be emailed in early October to sign up to bring in food donations.
Volunteers help with greeting guests, check-in, directing visitors in the building, handing out informational materials, and speaking to prospective parents among other tasks. There are two shifts:
9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 12 - 4 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to call current parents as well as graduate parents to ask them to support the Annual Fund Calls are made from the Meditz Library from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Dinner is provided and you'll have an opportunity to meet parents from all years and alumni.

Volunteers are needed to assist with a large Advancement Mailing (folding, stuffing, stamping etc.) that will include information on the Celebrate Xavier Gala. We will need up to 10 volunteers each day, from 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
